Sarda

The Sarda sheep is a well-regarded breed originating from the Mediterranean island of Sardinia, Italy. This medium-sized breed is primarily valued for its impressive milk production, making it integral to the island's renowned dairy industry, particularly in the creation of Pecorino Sardo cheese.
