What it costs when an animal sells

The only marketplace fee is a service fee on a completed sale, split evenly between the buyer and the seller. Here is the whole story.

Listing an animal	Free. No listing fees, whether you sell at a fixed price or by auction.
Buyer service fee	5% of the sale price, added at checkout. Some sellers choose to cover this, and their listings show a "No Buyer Fees" badge.
Seller service fee	5% of the sale price, taken from the payout. Waived entirely for Creatures Pro members.
Auctions	The same 5% buyer service fee applies, with a $5 minimum on a winning bid.
Ownership transfers	Your first transfer is free. After that it is $19.95 to move an animal's full profile to a new owner. Always free with Pro.
