Korean Jindo
The Korean Jindo is a medium-sized, ancient breed renowned for its intelligence, loyalty, and independence. This breed hails from Jindo Island in South Korea and is celebrated for its unwavering dedication to its human companions. Characterized by its double-layered coat, which comes in several colors including red, white, black, and tan, the Jindo is well-suited to both warm and cold climates. Its erect ears and keen, almond-shaped eyes lend an alert and lively expression, while its well-proportioned body exudes strength and agility.
Jindos are known for their remarkable hunting skills and strong protective instincts, often forming deep bonds with their family members yet remaining aloof with strangers.
