Gyetorp II

Gyetorp II, Icelandic horses, Cheyenne, Wyoming, in Laramie County and Denver, is a family-run program by the Behringer family. It has over a decade of experience, maintains registrations with the International Icelandic Horse Federation and follows routine health screening for soundness and conformation. Bloodlines are preserved through careful selection and traceable heritage in Icelandic herds.

Foals are raised on rotational pasture turnout to encourage natural movement, and daily handling ensures early socialization within the family herd. Adults live in a low-stress environment with access to shelter, regular farrier visits and balanced nutrition tailored for equine athletes.

The ranch has produced several champions in regional gaited horse shows, and many horses have been used in therapeutic riding programs across the Rockies.
