Super Giant
Super Giant leopard geckos are the larger expression of the Giant size line, selected for animals that mature well above ordinary leopard gecko size. The label should refer to genetics and mature size, not simply to an overweight gecko or a young animal fed heavily. Super Giants may occur in many color and pattern combinations, so their defining feature is body size and growth potential rather than a particular color. Adult structure, length, and proportion matter more than a single weight number.
Care for a Super Giant follows leopard gecko basics but benefits from more floor space, sturdy hides, and careful feeding management. Large geckos can become heavy without being fit, so keepers should watch body condition and movement instead of aiming for maximum weight. Breeders need patience before labeling juveniles, because growth rate varies and some animals do not prove out until maturity. Pairings should prioritize sound structure, fertility, and long-term health rather than size alone.
