The Anhui goose is a Chinese regional domestic goose associated with Anhui province, where geese have long been part of mixed farming, grazing, meat, and egg systems. Chinese local goose breeds often reflect selection for foraging ability, reproductive performance, and adaptation to humid seasonal climates.
