Josh Riley

Josh Riley breeds percherons in Conway, Arkansas, in central Arkansas near Little Rock. His program reflects more than a decade of experience raising draft horses for work and companionship. He is a member of the Percheron Horse Association and follows recommended health testing and veterinary oversight to support strong bone and joint development.

The horses live in spacious pastures with regular turnout and gentle handling from an early age. Foals and yearlings are introduced to halter training and exposure to farm machinery to build confidence. Josh Riley’s approach balances traditional farm practices with attention to individual temperament, resulting in horses suited for driving, farm work, or recreational riding.

Mares, yearlings, and foals rotate through spacious grazing paddocks to maintain pasture health and herd cohesion. Routine farrier visits and regular dental checkups help ensure soundness and comfort throughout each horse’s life.
