Foundational genetics were sourced from Broken Oak Ranch in Seguin, Texas, and the program continues to develop sires and champion donor cows with an eye toward herd improvement. The farm has also noted meaningful gains in commercial cattle performance through Braunvieh crossbreeding, including increased weaning weights and overall feed efficiency.
