Glory Land Farms

Glory Land Farms is a small family-run chinchilla breeder in Georgia in the Southeast near Atlanta. Jamie E Mccook has cared for chinchillas for over a decade and follows established guidelines for routine veterinary exams, genetic health screening and welfare assessments. The farm joins the National Chinchilla Breeders Association and maintains transparent records of lineage and care practices.

Animals are housed in climate controlled enclosures with daily supervision, socialization sessions and regular dust baths. The small-scale setup allows for individual attention at every life stage and encourages gentle handling to nurture calm temperaments.

Every chinchilla is raised with enrichment toys and introduced to daily handling to build trust. Prospective owners receive a handbook on proper nutrition and habitat maintenance. Some of the farm’s residents have participated in educational visits at local elementary classrooms to help students learn about small mammal behavior.
