Ashcroft Bedlington Terriers

Ashcroft Bedlington Terriers has been breeding Bedlington terriers in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania since 2000. Owner Diane Pearson brought decades of purebred dog experience to the program, having competed with champion and obedience-titled Borzoi from 1982 through 1999 before transitioning to the breed. The kennel sits on 4.4 rolling acres south of Morgantown and north of Coatesville, within easy reach of Philadelphia to the southeast.

The program holds both AKC Breeder of Merit and BTCA Breeder of Distinction status, reflecting a long record in the sport. To date, Ashcroft has finished over 30 champions and placed dogs at multiple National Specialty events, including Winners Dog and Winners Bitch honors. The breeding program is rooted in a foundation of Wrightwyn-line champion bitches selected for sound structure and movement.

Ashcroft Bedlington terrier puppies and dogs have earned titles across a wide range of AKC and performance venues, including Agility, Earthdog, Barn Hunt, Rally Obedience, Scent Work, Farm Dog, Fast CAT, and Coursing Ability Test. One Ashcroft dog holds the distinction of being the first barn hunt titled Bedlington terrier in the United States.
