Highlands Rest

We bought our first Highland cows from Elliot in the spring of 2024. It was a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from him again. He is very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge. Both girls have since had beautiful babies of their own. We couldn’t be happier with the our beautiful ladies and how smoothly the transaction took place.

Elliott is the real deal—a hardworking visionary who is disciplined, humorous, creative, committed, and one of the smartest people you’ll ever meet. Over the past 17 years, I’ve watched him care for countless animals, and he is incredibly skilled as a veterinarian, pet owner, and animal lover. I get a front seat to witness his life and work because I am his wife, the luckiest woman in the world!

Becca is an incredibly responsible creature keeper and partner in all things! She loves animals and supports her crazy husband in all his animal-related endeavors. Oh, and she’s also the love of my life! 10 stars.
