Virgilene Mccasland

Virgilene Mccasland is a breeder of Percheron horses in Arthur, NE in the Nebraska Sandhills near North Platte. She follows guidelines from national draft horse associations and arranges regular veterinary checks for joint and respiratory health, including routine radiographs and blood panels suited to large-breed horses.

Horses are raised on open pasture with sturdy shelters available year round. Annual turnout includes access to grass hay from nearby plains and clean water sources monitored daily.
