Tobia Hershberger

Tobia Hershberger breeds Percheron horses in Harmony, MN, serving southeast Minnesota near Rochester. She has worked with Percheron horses for many years as a member of the Percheron Horse Association, adhering to recommended health testing for vaccination schedules, dental examinations and routine veterinary care.
