Shannon Waters Mitchell, Percheron horses, Tarpon Springs, FL, serves Pinellas County and the Tampa Bay area near Tampa. With more than ten years in the draft-horse community, she is a member of the Percheron Horse Association and practices routine health screenings, vaccination schedules and regular dental and hoof care.
