Seaside breeds percheron horses in Melfa, VA, in Accomack County and the Eastern Shore near Norfolk. It is owned by Larry Langford and Valerie Langford, who have raised percheron horses for over a decade and maintain memberships in national draft horse associations and regional equestrian clubs.

Each horse is raised on spacious, well-maintained pastures and receives daily hands-on socialization to promote gentle temperaments. Routine health screening and pasture management reflect a focus on long-term soundness. Several foals have placed in regional draft horse shows and local fair harness classes.
