Royalbluesusa raises purebred Russian blue kittens in New Carlisle, Ohio, just north of Dayton. Sarah Fosnight runs the cattery from a 13-acre mini-farm where kittens are born and raised inside the family home rather than in a kennel or cage setting.

The Russian blue kittens for sale in Ohio come from European champion bloodlines, and the program focuses on health, personality, and conformation. All breeding cats receive full genetic testing to screen for genes associated with heart, kidney, eye, and metabolic conditions.
