Rick Henderson

Rick Henderson, Percheron horses, Harrisburg, Nebraska, serves western Nebraska near Scottsbluff. He has been involved in Percheron horse breeding for several years, maintains APHA registration, and provides regular deworming, dental checks, vaccinations and routine health screenings for all foals and adult stock.

His breeding program emphasizes gentle handling from an early age, daily turnout on open pasture and regular farrier and veterinary care. The farm focuses on temperament and strength, producing horses suited for draft work, parades and light farm duties. Several of his young stock have demonstrated good performance in local draft trials and team competitions.

Visitors often note the calm demeanor of his colts and fillies on tours of the facilities.
