Reese Ranch

Reese Ranch has been raising registered gray Brahman cattle in Normangee, Texas since 1991, when Donna Reese Farris founded the operation in the heart of the Brazos Valley, roughly an hour north of College Station. Billie Farris now carries the ranch forward alongside the family, keeping it a fully family-run operation where multiple generations share in the daily work.

The ranch began as an F-1 producer before shifting in 1998 to focus exclusively on Brahman bulls and females. That dedicated focus on a single breed has shaped the program for more than two decades, and Brahman cattle for sale in Texas sourced from Reese Ranch have reached buyers across the country and internationally.

Youth development has long been woven into ranch life. The Farris children grew up competing through the Junior Brahman Association, and now the grandchildren are following the same path. The ranch has earned recognition on the show circuit as well, including a Brazos Valley Fair Junior Show Grand Champion gray female and a Louisiana Sugar Classic Reserve Intermediate Champion, both in 2015.
