Privet is a small Russian blue cattery run by Nataliya Rulova in Kent, Washington, south of Seattle in the greater Puget Sound area. The cattery is registered with TICA and focuses on purebred Russian blue kittens raised in a cage-free home environment.

Kittens at Privet grow up alongside the family rather than in separate enclosures, and the cattery keeps its program intentionally small, producing only a few litters each year. That limited scale allows each kitten to receive consistent individual attention from early life through the time they leave for a new home.
