Penner’s Percheron horses are based in Hillsboro, KS, serving Marion County and the Flint Hills near Wichita. Gary and Terri Penner have spent over fifteen years developing healthy bloodlines, registering each foal with the American Percheron Horse Association and following recommended health screenings for joint, vision, and cardiac conditions.
