Neal C. Franke, Percheron horses, Altenburg, Missouri, has maintained a draft horse farm in Perry County and the Bootheel near Cape Girardeau. He has been breeding draft horses for more than 15 years and follows standards recognized by national registries with routine health screenings for each animal.

The farm’s horses are raised on open pasture with daily handling to build trust and confidence.
