MS Cattle Co breeds Chianina cattle in Le Mars, IA, serving northwest Iowa near Sioux City. Mick Sitzmann has more than ten years of experience developing strong bloodlines under the guidance of the American Chianina Association, conducting regular health and genetic testing and tracking performance data such as growth rates and carcass evaluations.

Calves are raised on family-owned pastures, where they are gently handled and socialized from day one and have continuous access to fresh water, quality forage, and mineral supplements. Morning and evening herd walks allow for close monitoring and early detection of health concerns. The operation values rotational grazing to support herd health and pasture sustainability.
