Marvin H. Miller, Percheron horse breeder, Bellville, Ohio, serves Richland County and the North-central Ohio region near Columbus. He has been breeding Percheron horses for more than twenty years, maintaining registrations with national draft horse associations and adhering to recommended health testing.

Miller’s horses live in pasture-based herds with daily handling to encourage gentle temperaments and resilience. The barns feature ample ventilation and comfortable stall designs that support good hoof and joint health. Several of his Percherons have placed well in county and state-level draft horse shows, reflecting both their quality and his careful selection practices.

His approach combines traditional draft horse husbandry with ongoing collaboration with equine veterinarians and farriers. Each foal is socialized from an early age, spending time in turnout paddocks alongside adult horses to foster natural herd behaviors.
