Kelly Williams

Kelly Williams raises Percheron horses in Rock Creek, Ohio, Ashtabula County and the Cleveland area. She has over a decade of experience with the American Percheron Registry and follows recommended health testing for breeding stock. Her program emphasizes gentle handling from weaning through training in open paddocks and indoor stalls.

Foals receive daily turnout and early exposure to farm routines alongside older horses to support social development. The barn’s traditional timber-frame construction provides natural light and ventilation, reflecting a longtime family farm heritage. Many of her Percheron colts have placed in regional halter classes, and several have gone on to therapeutic riding programs. Her breeding mares graze on rotational pastures supplemented with locally sourced hay, and she works closely with a veterinarian for quarterly wellness checks.
