Jeremy Vlasich and Mary Ann Vlasich breed Percheron horses in Ballwin, Missouri in the Midwest region near St. Louis. They have bred Percherons for more than ten years and hold membership in the national Percheron Horse Association, following established health screening protocols.

Their Percheron horses live in open pastures with daily turnout, gaining early exposure to handling and social interaction from foal stage. Gentle training methods focus on building trust, and multiple horses from the farm have placed at regional draft horse shows. Stalls and run-in sheds are cleaned daily, and each animal receives a feeding program tailored to draft horse nutritional needs.

Foaling mares are monitored around the clock at a dedicated foaling barn equipped with a surveillance system and veterinary support on call. The farm spans 50 acres of well-drained fields with rotational grazing to maintain pasture health.
