Heights Kennel

Heights Kennel is a breeder of Scottish terriers, West Highland white terriers, and bichon frise in Stillwater, MN, Washington County and the Twin Cities near Minneapolis. Tamra Roth maintains membership in national breed clubs and follows recommended health-testing protocols for heart, eye, and genetic conditions.
