Gef

Gef raises Percheron horses in Mount Solon, VA, in Augusta County and the Shenandoah Valley near Harrisonburg. It has been breeding horses for a number of years and holds membership in the American Percheron Horse Association, with all stock undergoing routine health screenings.

Foals grow up in pasture-based settings with daily turnout, early handling and socialization to encourage a calm, confident temperament. The program emphasizes sound conformation and balanced movement, and several of its young horses have shown well at county fairs and local draft horse shows. Mature animals live in spacious stalls attached to living quarters, with close oversight to forge strong bonds with each horse.

Its barn features climate-controlled broodmare and foaling stalls along with open-air paddocks to ensure safety and comfort at every age. The Seals’ approach reflects a commitment to steady dispositions, making its Percherons suitable for light farm work, driving, or therapeutic programs.
