F.S. breeds Percheron horses in Millersburg, Ohio, situated in Holmes County and the Amish Country near Wooster, known for their stout-footed draft prospects. F.S. is run by Fred D. Schlabach and Linda Schlabach, who together have more than a decade of experience and follow breed registry standards for health and conformation. Their Percheron mares and geldings enjoy daily turnout on pasture with shaded loafing areas and are sheltered in post-and-beam barns during inclement weather.

Foals are handled from birth to encourage calm temperaments suited for farm work, showing and family outings.
