Eldon Miller

Eldon Miller breeds Percheron horses in Grabill, IN, serving northeastern Indiana near Fort Wayne. Miller has been working with Percheron horses for more than ten years and adheres to guidelines from the American Percheron Horse Association on health testing and conformation. His mares and foals live on a family farm with spacious pasture turnout and daily hands-on handling from foaling onward.

Every young horse receives basic groundwork and hoof care overseen by a local farrier and veterinarian. Miller’s current broodmare band includes animals with driving experience and stable temperaments suited to light farm work or leisure carriage. Several of his Percheron foals have placed in regional agricultural fairs for confirmation classes in recent seasons.

Temperament assessments guide placement and help ensure each horse suits its future owner’s experience level. All horses are fed a balanced diet of hay and grain formulated for draft breeds and receive regular veterinary checkups.
