Dr. Rodney Fisher breeds Percheron horses in Pass Christian, MS, in the Gulf Coast region near New Orleans. With over fifteen years of experience, he is a member of the Percheron Horse Association and ensures each foal undergoes regular veterinary screenings and proper farrier care.
