Corner View is a Percheron horse breeder in Millersburg, Indiana, in northeast Indiana near Fort Wayne. Owner Marlin Jay Borkholder has spent over a decade breeding Percheron horses as members of the American Percheron Horse Association and follows routine veterinary screenings and conformation evaluations. Each mare and stallion lives on rotational pasture with access to balanced forage, mineral supplements, and early halter training, while the barn includes spacious stalls, climate-controlled foaling suites, and a round pen for groundwork sessions.

Foals receive daily handling from their first week and regular farrier and veterinary care through weaning. Marlin oversees every foaling season to refine pairing choices based on disposition and structure.

Corner View stock has earned placements in regional draft horse shows and farm preservation programs, reflecting their versatile working ability. Marlin offers guidance on training focus and management to ensure each animal suits its new home.
