Carroll Katahdin’s is a breeder of Katahdin sheep in Speedwell, Tennessee, on the Cumberland Plateau near Knoxville. Kristen Carroll has been raising Katahdin sheep for over fifteen years and maintains membership in the American Katahdin Sheep Association. Her flock undergoes regular health screenings for scrapie and parasite resistance to preserve the breed’s hardiness and maternal traits.
