C-cross Cattle Company

C-Cross Cattle Company raises Gelbvieh, Balancer, and Angus seedstock cattle in the Randolph County area of North Carolina, roughly an hour's drive from Greensboro. L. Duane Strider leads the operation, which grew out of a family cow-calf tradition that dates back to the early 1970s when Duane and his father managed a commercial herd together.

Duane formally shifted into seedstock production in 2004, building a program centered on performance, carcass quality, and eye appeal.
