Amos Hochstetler

Amos Hochstetler, Percheron horses, Topeka, Indiana, works throughout northeast Indiana near Fort Wayne. He has been breeding hardy Percheron horses for more than a decade and is a member of the American Percheron Registry with routine health testing for soundness.

All breeding stock undergoes annual veterinary assessments and conformation evaluations to maintain breed standards. His facility includes well-ventilated barns, rotational turnout pastures and a balanced nutrition plan tailored to each horse’s growth stage. Every foal is socialized alongside adult horses and introduced to farm routines early to foster gentle, confident behavior.
