Amos Fisher

Amos Fisher raises Percheron horses in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, Lycoming County and the Susquehanna Valley near Williamsport. He has worked with Percheron bloodlines for more than a decade and registers his stock with the American Percheron Horse Association. Annual veterinary exams, scheduled farrier visits and routine dental care are benefits all his horses receive. Foals begin daily handling soon after birth to build confidence and establish strong bonds with handlers.

Spacious pastures and well-maintained stalls support regular movement and social turnout in small groups. He partners with local feed specialists to design balanced diets for each horse’s stage of development. The result is a calm, steady temperament suited for farm work, trail riding or light draft tasks. His barn features grooming stations and fresh water access to maintain optimal hygiene, and he provides clear communication about each horse’s lineage and temperament.
