Meet CLG Argent! This handsome little bull calf is a miniature American Highland. He is naturally polled, silver, and a wild type carrier (E/E+). Argent is confirmed chondro+ and expected to mature around 36” tall. This spunky little guy is already friendly, curious, and full of personality. We think he has all the makings of a promising future herd sire prospect.
All Circle G Mini calves are dam-raised and early-weaned before transitioning into a daily hands-on gentling program focused on calm, confident, people-oriented temperaments. They are halter started, introduced to standing tied, and taught basic pressure-and-release handling to encourage respectful, willing dispositions that are enjoyable and manageable to work with.
All of our genetic testing is done by UC Davis. All test results are uploaded and can be viewed in Argent's records tab on his full profile.
Argent will be ready for his new home this fall. We do not charge boarding fees whilst our calves are nursing, weaning, and being gentled.
