Zamora's Toy Poodles

Zamora's Toy Poodles has been raising toy poodles in the Northern California foothills for over 40 years, making it one of the longer-standing programs for toy poodle breeders in California. Gail Zamora operates out of Grass Valley, about 40 miles from Sacramento in the Sierra Nevada foothills region.

Over the course of the program, Gail has produced more than 80 AKC toy poodle champions in the United States and abroad, and the kennel ranked as the top toy poodle breeder in the country in 2005, with consistent placement in the top ten show breeders in subsequent years. Puppies are raised in the home and are placed in both pet and show households. Health, temperament, body type, and coat quality are the stated selection goals.

The program has also produced titled dogs in AKC performance events, including an agility dog who earned the title MACH13 along with obedience, rally, and canine good citizen credentials. Pups are available in a range of colors.
