Waymakers Meadows raises Suffolk sheep in Sinks Grove, West Virginia, a rural community in Monroe County in the mountains of southern West Virginia, roughly an hour southeast of Beckley. Derek and Michelle Miller started the farm as first-generation farmers when they acquired their 38-acre property in 2017, formally registering Waymakers Meadows LLC in 2024.

The operation has maintained as many as 75 sheep at a time and keeps a core group of breeding ewes, with Suffolk sheep for sale in WV drawn from a herd managed across both the original property and additional leased acreage. Michelle's background working at a veterinary hospital informs the attention given to animal health and well-being on the farm, while Derek's varied hands-on experience across different agricultural and operational settings shapes the day-to-day management approach.
