V3C Vertically Challenged Cattle Co
V3C Vertically Challenged Cattle Co raises Spanish criollo cattle in Blum, Texas, situated in Hill County south of the Fort Worth–Dallas metroplex. Eric Redeker founded the operation, which has roots going back to 2009 when he and his family began building their cattle program in South Texas before relocating to Central Texas.
The program grew out of years of hands-on experience selecting small-framed cattle, researching bloodlines, and refining a herd through careful pedigree study. That same attention to genetics and selection now informs the Spanish criollo side of the operation, making V3C one of the more deliberate criollo cattle breeders in Texas. Animals raised on the ranch are ranch-born and raised, allowing buyers to evaluate lineage firsthand.
