Syncope Falls

Syncope Falls Farm raises registered fainting (myotonic) goats in Hiwassee, Virginia, a small community in the New River Valley region of the Appalachian Mountains, roughly an hour southwest of Roanoke. Run by William Kolb and his family, the farm spans three generations working together on mountain farmland in the Virginia highlands.
