Sublime Mangalarga Marchadors

Sublime Mangalarga Marchadors, specializing in Mangalarga marchadors, is located in rural northern Alberta near Edmonton. Bill and Sandy Dory have bred these versatile horses for over a decade under Canadian light-horse association guidelines and maintain a full suite of health screenings including annual evaluations for genetic conditions and lameness exams. Their horses are raised on pasture during the day and brought into spacious barns at night. Winter care includes heated water stations and shelter in timber-framed loafing sheds.

The Dorys follow a hands-on approach to early handling and gentle training that supports strong bonds and adaptable temperaments. Foals grow up alongside mature horses and learn herd dynamics with daily turnout across mixed pastures. Their program has produced several performance horses noted for steady dispositions in dressage and trail work. Families and trainers appreciate the thoughtful breeding choices and steady progression from weaning through saddle training.
