Stunningcats breeds savannah cats in Cave Creek, Arizona, a desert community north of Phoenix in the greater Scottsdale metro area. The cattery is operated by Kyongmi Ahn and is registered with The International Cat Association (TICA) as well as the Savannah Cat Club. Kittens are raised cage-free within the home, with an emphasis on hands-on socialization from an early age.

The program works with multiple color variations, including silver, golden, smoke, and melanistic savannahs, and draws on established bloodlines — among them a UK-sourced F6 line from Kwazulu Savannahs and champion-titled ancestry. Savannah cats for sale in Arizona from this cattery are released after two rounds of vaccinations, consistent with TICA's code of ethics requirements for member breeders. Maine coon cats are also part of the program alongside savannahs.
