Kaluahridge — operating as Kaluah Ridge Farm & Cattery — breeds Savannah cats in Franklin, North Carolina, a small town in the southwest corner of the Blue Ridge Mountains, about an hour southeast of Asheville. The cattery is run by Caroline Hubble, who relocated to the area and established the farm before welcoming its first litter in January 2020.

The program focuses on Savannah cats for sale in North Carolina alongside Egyptian Mau cats, both raised on the same small mountain property. Savannah kittens produced here are bred to F4 through F6 generations and carry SBT (Stud Book Traditional) status, making them eligible for TICA-sanctioned shows. Kittens leave the cattery litter-box trained, up to date on vaccinations, and with a health guarantee in place.
