Southern Corgis, run by Ron Ratliff, breeds Pembroke Welsh corgis and Cardigan Welsh corgis in Phelan, California, a high-desert community in San Bernardino County northeast of Los Angeles. Both the Pembroke Welsh corgi and the Cardigan Welsh corgi are represented in the program, making Southern Corgis one of the relatively few operations in Southern California to offer both varieties.
