Snowpaws, Bernese mountain dogs, Killington, Vermont, in Rutland County and the Green Mountains near Rutland. Heidi Henderson has bred Bernese mountain dogs for more than ten years under the Swiss Bernese Club and American Kennel Club programs, performing regular hip, elbow, and eye clearances.

Snowpaws puppies live indoors with frequent outdoor play in fenced yards, receiving daily socialization with family members and visitors. Recent litters reflect a focus on calm temperaments and sturdy builds suited to therapy work. Several adult dogs have participated in local reading programs at schools. Heidi consults with new owners throughout each puppy’s growth, sharing guidance on nutrition, training, and health maintenance.

Originating from carefully selected European bloodlines, each Snowpaws pup benefits from a documented ancestry that supports sound structure and a steady disposition. The farm’s wooded estate allows the dogs to explore safely and contributes to early environmental training before they join a family home.
