Silver Cuff Farm

Silver Cuff Farm, yak ranch in Stockton, NJ in Hunterdon County and the Delaware River Valley near Trenton, is dedicated to raising healthy, well-adjusted yaks. Eric Mandatta and Susan Mandatta have more than ten years of hands-on experience, and they hold active memberships in national livestock associations while ensuring regular veterinary health screenings.

A small-scale composting program recycles bedding and waste into rich soil amendments for the farm’s organic gardens.
