Schellhorn Farm

Schellhorn Farms raises Chesapeake Bay retrievers and Labrador retrievers out of Guilford, Missouri, a small community in the northwest corner of the state roughly an hour north of St. Joseph. The operation is rooted in a family setup where each of the three Schellhorn boys has a female Labrador of his own that he raises and breeds, giving the dogs a close, household environment from the start.

The program is AKC registered and OFA certified, and while the dogs live as family pets, their lineage carries hunting backgrounds.
