Royaldolls has been raising TICA-registered ragdoll kittens in Heavener, Oklahoma, in the Arkansas River Valley region southeast of Fort Smith, since 2003. The cattery is run by Laurie Wagner, whose program centers on in-home rearing and prioritizes temperament alongside health.

Every kitten is born and raised inside the family home, handled by adults and children from the earliest days of life. Laurie's approach reflects a long-held belief that a ragdoll's sociability is shaped as much by environment as genetics, so close human contact is built into the routine from birth onward.

On the health side, all breeding cats are DNA-tested across 45 or more genetic health markers through Optimal Selection, and the cattery maintains FIV/FELV-negative status with certified testing on all adults. Royaldolls also operates as a closed cattery, meaning no outside cats are brought in for breeding. Kittens leave already spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated for the first year, and with a written health guarantee that includes a five-year HCM replacement provision. All ragdoll kittens are registered with The International Cat Association.
