Rosecityfelines raises ragdoll cats in Battleground, Washington, a small community in the greater Portland, Oregon metro area. Owner Terri Hoskin has been breeding ragdolls since 2015, with a program built around health testing, temperament, and hands-on daily care.

The cattery is registered with both TICA and the Cat Fanciers Association. All breeding cats have been DNA tested negative for more than 50 genetic conditions and have also cleared testing for HCM, PKD, FeLV, and FIV. Blood typing and PG-free status are maintained across the queen and king lines, and several queens are multi-generation Rosecityfelines cats, with some tracing back to European pedigrees.

Kittens are raised underfoot in a home environment, socialized from birth to be comfortable around people.
