Rob Reynolds

Rob Reynolds, Wagyu cattle, Elk Point, Canada AB, is located in east-central Alberta near Edmonton. He has been raising Wagyu cattle for more than 15 years and is a member of the Canadian Wagyu Association and Alberta Beef Producers. His herd undergoes regular health testing for genetic traits, hoof care and nutritional balance, ensuring each animal’s well-being through every production phase.

Rob follows a pasture-based system with rotational grazing on native grasses and provides sheltered feeding areas during harsh winters. The farm is family-run across two generations, reflecting a commitment to sustainable practices and respect for the land. Calves are gently introduced to handling through early socialization and regular exposure to farm staff and family. Cattle are finished on barley-rich rations in a climate-controlled barn, following antibiotic-free protocols to support natural growth. Several of his cattle have earned regional fairs’ awards for meat quality, reflecting his focus on tenderness and marbling.
